2017-2018 FALL TERMINAL MINOR PROGRAM DEPARTMENTS, CONTENTS AND COORDINATORS

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR DOUBLE MAJOR PROGRAM

- If you want to have a second degree with the major degree you are studying,

- If you are at the beginning of the 3rd and latest 5th semester,

- If your grade point average is at least 3.00, if you do not have any unsuccessful lessons from previous periods and you are at the top 20% of the rankings in your class,

You can apply to Double Major programs.

APPLICATION, ACCEPTANCE AND REGISTRATION OF DOUBLE MAJOR PROGRAM

1. Students will apply for a petition, transcript documents, unsuccessful course from previous periods, and the dean's office with a double major program along with a document from student affairs that shows that they are in the first 20% of their class. (Students may apply for more than one double major program. No additional fees will be required for the application of any fees and double major program during the application.)

2. Evaluating the status of the students applying to the double-major program of the department / department of the double-major program, they will announce the students admitted to the double-major program together with the number of quota holders determined by the principal and the appropriate number of reserve students.

3. The students who are admitted to the program with their advisors in the major program and the double-major program coordinator come together with the student and decide on the minimum 60 ECTS credit courses and internship and similar practices that the student will take from the courses offered in the double major program and a double major protocol is signed. (Students cannot be exempted from a part of the total credit to be completed in the double major program due to the common courses in the major and double major program.) The protocol form is signed by the students' major and double major departments. (In the courses in the protocol form, it can be changed with the approval of all those who have signed the protocol form if necessary.)

4. The student fills in a double major course registration form with the advisor in the major program and the double major program coordinator. The double major course registration form is approved by both departments. Double major course registration forms are delivered by the double-major coordinator to the faculty student affairs office with double major program. Student's work is done by registering the student to the automation system in the double major program. (Double-major courses that students will take in the semester are not coincided with the courses in the major program, and attention must be paid to the registration of the course. The course record is repeated in the same periods.

5. The follow-up of the attendance of our students is carried out in accordance with proviso 10 of Selcuk University Education and Examination Regulation

6. The success of our students in the double major program is determined by the provisions of Selcuk University Education and Examination Regulations, independent of the major program. Double-major weighted grade point average and double major weighted grade point average are determined according to the courses taken in double major program. The status of the courses taken in DD and DC is determined according to the weighted grade point average of the double major. At the end of each semester, a separate report card is awarded for the double major program.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR MINOR PROGRAM

- If you want to have a minor certificate along with the major degree you are studying,

- If you are at the beginning of the 3rd and latest 5th semester,

- If your GPA is at least 2.50,

You can apply to Minor programs.

APPLICATION, ACCEPTANCE, AND REGISTRATION FOR PROGRAMME OF MINOR

1. Students will apply to the dean’s office with a petition and transcript documents and related minor program. (Students may apply for more than one minor program. No additional fees will be required for any fee and minor program training during the application.)

2. Evaluate the status of the students applying to the minor program of the department/department of the minor program, and will announce the students admitted to the minor program together with the number of principal and the appropriate number of reserve students.

The students who are accepted to the program and their advisors in the major program and the minor program coordinator come together with the student to decide on the 30 ECTS credit courses that the student will take from the courses offered in the minor program and a sub-branch registration protocol is signed. (Students cannot be exempted from a part of the total credit to be completed in the minor program due to common courses in the major and minor program.) The protocol form is signed by the students' major and minor departments. (In the courses in the protocol form, changes may be made with the approval of all those who signed the protocol form if necessary.) The admission of the students to the minor program is finalized with the decision of the related faculty board of directors.

4. The student fills his / her minor program registration form with his / her advisor and minor program coordinator in the major program. The sub-branch course registration forms are delivered in bulk by the minor branch coordinator to the faculty-student affairs office where the minor program is located. In the student's minor program, registration to the automation system is done by the student affairs. (It is required that students do not coincide with the courses in the major program in the semester they take in the semester and to pay attention to this during the course registration. Students do not have the right to propose to change the weekly or weekly program of the week in the event of a collision.) in the same periods.

5. The follow-up of the attendance of our students is carried out in accordance with Article 10 of Selçuk University Education and Examination Regulations.

6. The success of our students in the minor program is determined by the provisions of Selçuk University Education and Examination Regulations, independent of the major program. Side branch semester weighted grade point average and side branch general weighted average grade is determined according to the courses taken in the minor program. The status of the courses taken in DD and DC is determined by the weighted grade point average. At the end of each semester, a separate report card is given to the student for the minor program.

-2016-2017 Academic Year Double Major program was opened in the spring semester and 4 students were enrolled in the Mathematics department Double Major program. These students:

-2016-2017 Academic Year Spring semester minor program was opened and 1 student applied to department of economics and industrial engineering. He was admitted to the Department of Economics, but did not register.
-2017-2018 Academic year students admitted to our department in the fall semester and accepted:
