Selcuk University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, incorporated the Department of Business Administration, which was opened in the 1986-1987 academic year, and started education with the Economics and Business Administration departments in the 1987-1988 academic year. In the Faculty, where Public Administration and International Relations departments were established in the following years, an optional intensive English education program is applied for one year in the preparatory classes opened in all departments since the 1998-1999 academic year. The faculty offers its students a modern education infrastructure with its modern building, classrooms and many computer and internet laboratories. In the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences (regular and secondary education), there are Economics, Business Administration, Political Science and Public Administration, International Relations and International Trade and Finance departments. In the 2016-2017 academic year, students were admitted to our International Trade and Finance Department, and educational activities began.

The mission of our faculty is to become an outstanding research and education institution recognized nationally and internationally. In line with this mission, the main objective of our faculty is to carry out theoretical and practical research that will be accepted by the international scientific world, to provide a scientific environment suitable for the education of future academicians, to realize university-industry cooperation that will contribute to the development of the region and the country. reach, produce and share individuals with strategic decision-making skills.

In the long term, our goal is to provide information and opinions at all levels, to make decisions based on the principles that mature in time, based on the principles of open and transparent management, working both in close cooperation and in a positive competitive atmosphere, closely following the knowledge in their fields both with international publications, contributing to this, with the qualified teaching staff serving the regional industry with the projects they realize, seeing that their ideas are taken into consideration by the management, believing that they are growing well in close contact with the teaching staff, who are aware of their strong and missing sides, think, research, capable of questioning what they know, who can diagnose problems and solutions can bring, most importantly, lifelong learning and understands very well that it continued in Turkey with students who get their thrill to instantly become a leading faculty.
