Course Objectives Introduction to the basics of die making. Teaching the fundamentals of die design in the areas of sheet metal dies.

Course Learning Methods and Techniquies
Face to face with data projector. Students are given lecture on die design illustrate example of work pieces. Solid modeling of dies with CAD programs are illustrated. Examples of construction of die are practiced in workshop.
