Course Objectives The overall objectives of the course are: ? To develop an awareness on issues and problems related to the strategic management of technology and innovation ? To develop an understanding of strategic management of technology and innovation ? To develop a conceptual framework for assessing and auditing the innovative capabilities of a business organization ? To expose tools and concepts used by companies engaged in technology-intensive industries. ? To offer some practice in defining and working out strategic management problems related to technological innovation and corporate entrepreneurship. ? To learn the basic necessary to construct a technology strategy for a firm. To learn tools usen in technology and innovation management
