Course Objectives Objectives A major objective of this course is to provide a rigorous bacground in those chemical principles that are particularly important to analytical chemistry. A second goal is to develop an appreciation for the difficult task of judging the accuracy and precision of experimental data to show how these judgements can be sharpened by the application of statistical methods. A third aim is to introduce a wide range of techniques of modern analytical chemistry
