Course Objectives This course aims to examine factors that prepared the infrastructure problems with urban infrastructure by addressing, economic infrastructure, social infrastructure and technical infrastructure concepts. Also, the course aims to evaluate urban technical infrastructure planning-implementation process in a critical approach with evaluating the approaches of urbanization and infrastructure problems in the countries of the world.
