Course Objectives To provide increasing the knowledge of planning candidates in the specialization of regional planning, meeting with the planning problem in the macro scale, developing reasoning on the institutional framework that determines the upper scale plan decisions as well as on the interaction of involved disciplines and their methodology and techniques.
