Dersin Amacı The aim of this module is to reveal two-way interconnected relationships between planning policies and property development activities to emphasize the effective role of property market actors on spatial development decisions and urban policies and to show the direct impact of property companies risk and profit calculations on the size-location-acter-concept of rising properties in cities through examples.
