D.Ö.Ç. 1 To be able to define relations, parties, and subsequent rights and liabilities of debt as well as the concepts of responsibility, imperfect obligation, liability.
D.Ö.Ç. 2 To be able to comprehend the common principles and establishment of contracts, distinguish contract types, identify the nullity of contract and limits of contract freedom.
D.Ö.Ç. 3 To be able to identify in a case the concepts of disge of debts, wrongful act and unjustified enrichment comprehend by working on case studies the strict liability situations which are widespread in practice.
D.Ö.Ç. 4 To be able to comprehensively acknowledge the features of private debt relations between persons
D.Ö.Ç. 5 To be able to define conracts common in daily life and prepared by law to ease and clarify the legal application solve legal problems arising from these contracts.
