Purpose: The purpose of this program is to train programmers so that they can specialize in creating basic software algorithms by using current software languages and software development technologies and also to train technicians who will be able to work as technical support staff in the installation and maintenance of computer tem business.

Program Description: The purpose of this program is to train programmers so that they can specialize in creating basic software algorithms by using current software languages and software development technologies and also to train technicians who will be able to work as technical support staff in the installation and maintenance of computer tem business. Information and communication technologies are essential requirements of our age. World of Information shows a rapid change in parallel to the developing computer technology. As in the rest of the world, it is also important in our country to train qualified personnel in the field of computer technology. The objective of our program is to educate personnels with the needed knowledge and quality in this field.

Admissions Requirements: ÖSYM is determined by the Council of Higher Education in accordance with the relevant legislation. (In the various fields of vocational high schools, high schools, students are admitted to the quota deficit in case of a flat.)

Recognition of Prior Learning: Information Security students enrolled, according to certain regulations may be exempt from some courses. Loan from another institution and course content, the course content of this program is appropriate and if it is approved by the director of college students may be exempt from this course.

Graduation Requirements: In order to obtain an associate degree program in Information Security program, students must take compulsory and elective courses (a total of 120 ECTS credits) and successfully complete all general it must be to have at least a 2.0 weighted grade point average of 4.00 30 +30 business day training course successfully completed.

Principles of Assessment and Evaluation: Register for classes at the ning of each semester and the final exam to enter at least 70% of courses, at least 80% of the applications must be continued. At least one for each course, students shall be subject to mid-term and final exam. The mid-term exam (grade homework, practice exams, quizzes, etc. can be evaluated in the scores obtained from measuring instruments) contributed 40% and 60% of the contribution of the final exam. All exams are graded out of 100. AA, BA, BB, CB and CC one of the students taking the course are considered successful. DC and DD are conditional. The students grade in a course to be successful DC or DD overall weighted grade point average must be at least 2.0.

Employment Opportunities: Graduates of Information Security, public and private sector organizations in accordance with their respective areas of fields (computer programmer, web design, hardware, and network) can work.
