Course Objectives The objective of this course is to teach the student theoretical and practical aspects of general features of viruses, structures and classifications, virus-host relations, virus replications, virus transmission routes, pathogenesis of virus infections,spread of the virus in the body, the escaping of virus from immune mechanism, antiviral therapy, gathering, transporting and saving of doubtful samples to viral infections, isolation and identification methods of virus, cultivation methods of virus, serologic diagnosis of viral infections, molecular methods to determinate virus.
