Course Objectives Microorganisms, its place in the living world, the importance of relationships with other living things, diversity of microorganisms, groups of microorganisms living in different environments, harmful, beneficial microorganisms, morphology of microorganisms, physiology, genetics, cultivation environment, biochemical structures, enzymes, biochemical reactions, resistance mechanisms , sterilization, disinfection, filtration, theoretical methods of isolation and identification, slides, posters and other tools to teach with. Lab: Students with basic laboratory and laboratory work safety rules appropriate microorganisms macroscopic and microscopic examination to teach methods, isolation of microorganisms is to develop practical skills about culture and identification

Course Learning Methods and Techniquies
Courses are presented as theoretically by teaching staff. Students asked various questions, summarized the issues if they can not understanding. İssues, are discusses by figures, tables, slides and photos The last methods are described from time to time about the current research abstracts on the topics and issues which made. Laboratory applications made in the form of live material. Several test results are watched with the naked eye. Practical resolusions will be shown for the answer of the microbial problem.
