Purpose: The goal of the program is to train business and administrative clerk to work for business firms, public institutions, universities, non-gevermental organizations etc., or to his/her own business.

Vision: To become a leading educational establishment both in Turkey and in the wolrd where in generations who can adapt oneself and meet the needs of any institution are trained.

Mission: : In liaison with industry, the school aims to train staf who can accommodate to the world and to have a part in meeting the needs of developing Turkey.

Program Description: The Management and Organization programme was launched in 1992-1993 educational year with 40 students. The evening groups started in 2001-2002. Today it has a capasity of 100 students for day and 100 students for evening groups. The Management and Organization Program is a four term program train qualified manpower that will serve in pulic administration

Admissions Requirements: Graduates of Business Collages do not have to do the University Entrance Exam, and if there are any vacant placements, the acceptance and registry conditions are determined by OSYM in accordance with YOK Regulations.

Recognition of Prior Learning: Students might be privileged of the subjects they have studied on other equal schools with the decision of the Board of Directors.

Graduation Requirements: To successfully complete the program, all of the courses available in the program (120 ECTS) to pass, at least 2.0 on a 4.00 weighted GPA and a 60-day mandatory to obtain the student must successfully complete the internship.

Principles of Assessment and Evaluation: In this programme, the students have been put at least one mid-term exam and period-end exam for each lesson to be able to be successful from a lesson. The effect of the mid-term exam to the success grade is %40, and the period-end exam is %60.

Employment Opportunities: Business graduates have a wide range of job opportunities in either the public or private sectors. These job opportunities include marketing, finance, management, human resources, commerce, and economics fields. Graduates gain valuable English language ss and are equipped with computer ss that further enhance the opportunity to easily find employment at international level.

Jump to Top Degree Programs: They can also transfer to a 4-year license degree program in the disciplines, upon their success in the examination performed by Council of Higher Education (YOK).
